The Coy House went through a series of renewals before it evolved into this warm family bungalow.  The exterior pictured above was repainted, a new brick patio was added and seasonal landscaping was planted to complement the new exterior.

The bathroom went from dark and gloomy to bright and roomy.

The attic was completely torn out, edges were smoothed, corners replaced and sleek book shelves were added to unexpected corners.

This kitchen started as a home owners nightmare, the plumbing was leaking, the ceiling was crumblings, and the cabinets were loosely bolted. To renew this space, Merritt and his team gutted the entire kitchen and redesigned the layout. With a fresh start, they installed new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, retiled the floor, revamped the ceiling and fixed lighting, turning this despaired kitchen into an ammeteur chef's haven.
